In some countries, having your own home is far more popular than renting. This preference comes mainly from the safe feeling and the financial benefits that buying offers. I think this is good.

In some countries, home ownership is far more popular than renting. This preference comes mainly from the security and the financial benefits that buying offers. In my view, this is a positive situation, provided that buyers do not borrow more than they can afford.
