These days a lot of people buy products on the internet instead of going to shops. This happens because online shopping is convenient and offers a wider choice at lower prices. I think this is a good thing.

These days a growing number of people buy products on the internet instead of going to shops. This is mainly because online shopping is convenient and offers a wider choice at lower prices. In my view, this is a largely positive development, although it puts pressure on local shops.
