In the past, many people spent their whole career with one company, but today it is common to change jobs a lot. Some argue that long service with a single employer is the best path, whereas others see frequent moves as the quickest way to do well. I agree with the first idea.

Some argue that long service with a single employer is the best path, whereas others see frequent moves as the quickest way to progress. Although changing jobs has clear benefits, I tend to agree with the former view.
