Every government has little money and must decide what to pay for. Some people believe that public money should go to services such as hospitals and schools instead of the arts. I agree and disagree.

Every government has a limited budget and must decide what to pay for. Some people believe that public money should be spent on services such as hospitals and schools instead of the arts. I partly agree: essential services deserve priority, but I do not think that cultural funding should be removed altogether.
