The diagram below shows the stages of the water cycle. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features.
- Evaporationsun heats the surface of the sea → water vapour
- Condensationvapour rises and cools → tiny drops → clouds
- Cloud movementwind carries clouds over the land
- Rain or snowwater falls to the ground
- Surface run-offacross the surface → streams and rivers
- Soaking into soilthe rest of the water soaks into the soil
- Groundwater flowflows slowly underground
- Return to the searivers and groundwater → sea, cycle begins again
